Yes. Every plan — including the free Explorer plan — gives you all six studios. Plans differ by your monthly credit allowance and a few pro capabilities (like commercial publishing rights, extra seats and priority generation), not by which tools you can open.

Credits are how we meter what you create. Every AI action spends credits in proportion to what it takes to produce — a fully-voiced CaseStory costs more than a quick AuthorLab suggestion. Your allowance refreshes every month, and you can always see how much you've used.

Credits cover creating — authoring cases, generating simulations, stories and reports. Learner-seats cover delivering — each learner who plays a simulation or joins a live session. Every plan includes a bundle of free learner-seats each month; beyond that it's £1.50 per learner (education) or £3 (corporate), with no minimums.

No — learners never pay or need a paid account. You (or your institution) cover the learner-seats when you run a session, so students and trainees just take part.

Your work is never locked — you simply top up with a credit pack, or move to a higher plan. Unused monthly credits don't roll over.

Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.

Companies and firms take the Business plan; schools, colleges and universities take Institution — same whole-organisation platform, education pricing. Institution is for accredited education providers only: we confirm eligibility by your academic domain (.ac.uk, .edu and equivalents) at sign-up or when we connect your SSO, and the delivery rates differ too (£1.50 per learner on Institution, £3 on Business). Both are entirely self-serve: unlimited author seats, a large pooled credit allowance, learner-seats for delivery, and single sign-on. You invite your people with a code — no sales calls, no contracts, cancel anytime. If you need more than they include, that's Enterprise — email us and we'll sort something out in writing.

Yes — every paid plan includes our standard data processing agreement on request, covering UK and EU GDPR processor obligations, our sub-processors and security measures. Email us and we'll send it for countersigning. Bespoke DPA terms (your paper, custom clauses) are an Enterprise matter.

Our trust page answers the standard questions up front — hosting and data residency, sub-processors, retention and deletion, security practices, and an honest account of our certification status. If your questionnaire needs more, email us and we'll answer in writing.

Not fully, and we won't claim otherwise — we're working towards it, and our accessibility statement sets out plainly what's in place, the known limitations (including the protected case viewer and the richer simulation formats), and the accommodations we provide on request at every tier, including accessible alternative formats for case materials.

Yes — the Business and Institution plans include SAML / OIDC single sign-on, so your people sign in with their existing work or university accounts (Microsoft Entra, Okta, Google Workspace, Shibboleth and other standard identity providers). Setup is a short email exchange: send us your identity provider's metadata and the email domain to connect, and we'll have it live the same day. There's a one-page guide for your IT team — Entra / Okta / Google, or Shibboleth for universities.

Yes — launch is live. We use LTI 1.3, the standard all the major platforms speak (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, Brightspace and others), so a student clicks an assignment in your LMS and lands straight in a CaseConduit simulation, already signed in — no separate login. Setup is a short exchange with your LMS administrator, the same as single sign-on. One honest caveat we won't gloss: automatic grade passback into the gradebook is the next piece and still in development — for now, scores show on-screen at the end of each simulation. Support is by email at every tier, answered by the people who actually build the platform — no ticket queues, no tiers of triage. The product is built to need little of it: every studio has a guided tour, the Help & Support centre covers the how-tos, and the live demo shows everything before you spend a penny. Business, Institution and Enterprise get priority handling, and Enterprise agreements can include a structured written onboarding plan for your rollout. We don't do phone support or live onboarding calls — everything is in writing, which for most teams turns out to be the feature, not the compromise: you get answers you can forward, file and hold us to.
